Astraia AG was founded in late 2015 in Vaduz in the Principality of Liechtenstein, and also has a branch office in Zurich, Switzerland.
Our company is underpinned by a strong equity base and stable share- holder structure with an entrepreneurial spirit and stakeholders with a long-term outlook. Our relations with our customers and business partners are based on performance and trust. Our sound understanding of values and risk sets us apart. A great capacity for innovation, combined with trust- worthiness and dependability, are our guiding principles.

What we do
Astraia makes equity investments in companies both domestically and abroad, overseeing the transaction process from start to finish. A strong entrepreneurial spirit is at the heart of everything we do – the continuous growth of our investment companies over time is very important to us. So our employees strive every day to create long-term added value. They constantly and closely monitor the markets – not only in Europe – and identify and carefully assess long-term investment opportunities. Astraia also offers consultancy on all aspects of investment, finance and takeovers – as well as a handful of other niche services.
